Training Tip 1: Alternatively, you can support themselves with a clenched fist

Training Tip 2: Perform exercises rather slower

Training Tip 3: During the stretching exercises, hold the position for approx. 10 seconds, then release slowly. The intensity (slight pulling in the muscle) must be well tolerated, must not be felt as a pain.


Repeat the exercises from Video 3 a 2nd and a 3rd time.
